Woodrow
W. Clark II, MA3, Ph.D. was Senior Renewable Energy, Emerging Technologies,
and Finance Advisor to Governor Davis and has published dozens of articles
and a book on the California energy crisis "Agile
Energy Systems", (2004). During the 1990s, he was Manager, Strategic
Planning, Energy Directorate, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
and Visiting Professor, International Entrepreneurship, Aalborg University,
Denmark. He was a co-author and editor on the Third IPCC Report (1998).
Today, Clark is a Lecturer in the MBA programs on “Sustainable
Development” at UC Riverside and UCLA. In 2004, he founded Clark
Strategic Partners in Los Angeles, California whose clients include:
Senior Fellow, Milken Institute; Energy Director, Los Angeles Community
College District; and Senior Foreign Energy Advisor, Asian Development
Bank in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (IMAR) Peoples Republic of China.
He is a board member of non-profit and for-profit organizations and Panelist,
Transportation, National Academy of Science. Clark has earned three separate
Masters degrees from different universities and his Ph.D. at University
of California, Berkeley where he was elected to the Alumni Board of Directors
(2006-09). He lives in Beverly Hills and is married to Andrea Kune.
